: Sweet Vintage.

oohlalamonster:

I’ve always loved vintage inspired dresses. They can instantly make you look sweet and innocent. Pastel pinks, creams, whites, pearls, ribbons, laces, peter pan collars… who wouldn’t love that?

Let me share with you guys the lovely vintage inspired dresses I spotted at Oasap, an online high…

Ensemble, The Girl Who Lived in the Tree Dress of ivory silk tulle embroidered with red glass crystals; bolero of red silk
Photographed by Sølve Sundsbø for Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty
“[In this collection] she was a feral creature living in the tree. When she decided to descend to earth, she was transformed into a princess.”

After drawing Wonder Woman in a dress, it’s only fitting that I draw one of Wonder Girl. (also I can’t seem to kick out the Wonder Woman/ Wonder Girl themes from my head yet! and would you want to wear this dress? I would totally wear this dress.)
Back to sifting through emails and work….graghhedit: this works as a skirt and blouse ensemble. I meant to say that instead of dress, now why did I say dress? Darn this late hours and bad TV shows scrambling up my brain XD———————————————————————-

Drew this tonight to reward myself for completing half of my work! (half yikes T__T) It’s a Wondy-inspired dress, re-worked based on an old doodle in my sketchbook. Also - I have a Facebook page for my dinky arts so please follow if you like those stuff :3 ————————————————-

I was supposed to upload this the day before but I was too tired from all the preparation for the Aidiladha festivities (the local traditional festive food? They take HOURS to make. HOURS. And required so much attention and stirring they just about take my arms off. But they taste damn good so there is redemption). But ANYWAYS - picture above - a real-life version of this drawing by the lovely Jen of MaiSheriCostumes, just about made my week. She made it look so chic and cute! Check out the whole photoset here - gotta love the tuxedo kitty plushie! Meow!
